The bed in the room was very soft and comfortable. The soundproofing was also very good. The view was amazing. It was the most beautiful hotel I've ever stayed in. The only thing I wasn't particularly satisfied with was the bar upstairs. No one came to the bar after sitting there for more than an hour. I don't know why.

The porter had a cold attitude. He didn't open the door to greet us when we got off the car to move our luggage. We booked two rooms, one of which had bugs. After we changed rooms, it was downgraded to a small, damp room with a peculiar smell. The hotel has a beautiful view, but everything else is just average.

The hotel is a resort hotel, 10 minutes' drive from the Bergina Caves, with beautiful scenery. The hotel service and hygiene are average. As soon as we entered the room, the aborigines invaded savagely. They let us stay in the room even though they knew there were bugs. As soon as we entered the room, a waiter followed us in with insecticide and sprayed it, but it was not cleaned. We reported it to the front desk and changed to a small room. The scenery was also much worse. The suite we booked was also downgraded, and the terrace bar was not open. We had to check in early to rest. Although there was a massage, it was not available. Apart from the beautiful scenery, everything else was average.
